Mail to Target

Our state-of-the art Mail-to-Target tool enables supporters to send an email directly to decision-makers (e.g., ministers, MPs, MEPs) with pre-filled and editable content to make advocacy personal, easy and persuasive.

FEATURES:

  • We support two different MTT (mail-to-target) modes: open email client (puts the email into the supporter’s own mail app) or send on behalf of the user via the widget, depending on the campaign’s objectives.
  • The message that supporters send to target can be pre-written (you prepare an editable or non-editable template) or fully written by the supporter for a more authentic flavour.
  • Our special backend tool, the Snowflake Engine, allows for the creation of unique message variants, using content sections written either by humans, or AI generated and validated by a human. This helps user messages feel more varied and personal, and avoid inbox filters.
  • Our tool is easily integrated with target databases (like Members of the European Parliament – MEPs – contact lists), making targeted outreach fast and simple. We have multiple European decision-maker datasets available off-the-shelf. Adding custom datasets is easy and our team is always here to support.
  • You can easily daisy-chain the MTT action with a share and donate action in one smooth flow, taking advantage of your supporter’s attention.
  • For international campaigns, especially targeting the MEPs, we automatically show the user the appropriate target based on their location, using postcode or country-based filtering. We also adjust automatically the language of the message to match that of the recipient – all to make your digital advocacy action more relevant to its target.
  • Salutation to address the target is automatically customised based on the recipient’s (target’s) country, language and the cultural norm (trust us, this is trickier than it sounds!)
  • The MTT tool supports “drip delivery”: we deliver supporter messages over time, spread out to prevent overloading inboxes and make a bigger impact on the target.
